Fails to connect to transmission using stunnel for ssl. #391

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Attempt to connect to a server running transmission with stunnel (SSL)
2. Fails with dialog: "The request was aborted: The request was canceled."

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the products are you using?
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate x64
Transmission: 2.22
Remote: 3.24 (build 0)

The transmission-daemon is bound to localhost only with stunnel then forwarding 
the port and adding SSL. This works fine with other remotes including 
transdroid for android.
