View image captions #140

Please add an option to show image captions, it would be convenient for many
comics and sites like XKCD's What-If. Currently I have to star such articles
and view the caption on a PC later.

Choosing between the title and alt attributes would take some thought, but I
think Google Reader app has it correct for most of my feeds.

I'm not sure how this information would/should be displayed but I guess XKCD
alone gives reason to add this in some way. How did Google Reader display this,
below the image or with a button or something?

Reader has a long touch option "view caption" on image, which produce a popup
with the image's url and a scrollable text

Feedly recently added a button under captioned images, but it only shows up for
some comics. Dinosaur comics and what-if images are not considered as captioned.

Should be fixed with Version 1.50 (next Update). You can long-press the image
and select "Image caption" from the long-press menu, then a dialog with the
ALT-Text is displayed. Please keep in mind that the result is parsed manually
from the html and the method is not thoroughly tested.
