Option to disable disappearing action bar #179

Sorry, but I just can't use this otherwise excellent software with the magical 
disappearing (and re-appearing over the top of what you're reading) action bar. 
I've had to go back to 1.51.

Please consider adding an option to make it stay there all the time.

Thanks for that - much appreciated.

(No big deal, just fyi - it behaves very oddly the first time you tick that 
option, i.e. on some screens there is no actionbar at all, just the list. The 
problem goes away as soon as the app is restarted though, and never comes back)
