No Login possible with TTRSS 1.13 Server

It's not possible to login any more since update to TTRSS 1.13.
Neither with Tablet nor with Phone a connection is possible.
I have checked SSL and non-SSL, tried different ssl-options, double-checked the 
(not been changed) login-credentials, checked over WLAN and UMTS.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Update to TTRSS 1.13

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- Login possible as before
- More hints in error message, what the problem is

What version of the product are you using (please provide the full version
information from the About-box!)? On what android version? And
what server-version is your TTRSS-Server running?
- TTRSS-Server 1.13 (API activated) running on Debian7
- TTRSS-reader-fork 1.75 from GooglePlay-Store
- Android 4.4.4 (Nexus 4 and Nexus 7)

Please provide any additional information below:

I haven't used the reader for 2 weeks but I can't rememder other changes in 
relevant parts.
TTRSS 1.13 works fine with Browsers
TTRSS 1.13 shows the following errors:
E_USER_WARNING (512)    classes/api.php:80  Failed login attempt for (username) 
from (ip)
ttrss-reader-fork just shows:
Fehler
Konnte nicht zu Ihrer Tiny Tiny RSS-Installation verbinden, bitte prüfen Sie 
Ihre Verbindung und/oder Ihre Verbindungsoptionen.
Fehler-Details:
 "LOGIN_ERROR"
