please add a 'biep-tone'/or dialogscreen by finishing download mp3 #132

Description of new feature.
it is dificult to know when a mp3 is saved.
So the biep-tone or dialogscreen that tell that the song is saved should be a 
nice feature! (it should need to be possibile to put the biep-tone on/off or 
the dialogscreen 'song is saved + view saved song'

What is the expected output?
a biep-tone after saving
