German translation #150

Description of new feature.
Do you want a german translation? Didn't see any german in the head revision so 
I just made one :) Since I read a lot of germans use your application this 
might come handy. See attachment.

What is the expected output?
German

Forgot to add: locale is "de_DE"

Cool, thanks. I'll include it in the next release.  There's a translation tool 
over here https://translations.launchpad.net/groovewalrus if you're feeling 
bored someday and want to update the German translation there.
