Ubuntu reports .deb package as 'of bad quality' #167

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download .deb file
2. Install in Ubuntu 12.04 (LTS) using the Ubuntu Software Centre (default)
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Clean install expected, but gives report 'of bad quality' and recommends not 
installing. Details as below: 
"The package doesn't provide a valid Installed-Size control field. See Debian 
Policy 5.6.20."

If you ignore this warning and install anyway, Groovewalrus will not start when 
run.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Groovewalrus 0.382 on Ubuntu 12.04 LTS
