make wcsafe.o cause error #105

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. solve issue 104 by making a copy of cunit.h for mingw
2. make again

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
make without error

lib/private/os/mingw/wcsafe.c:370: error: conflicting types for 
'w_numToString'
lib/private/os/mingw/wcsafe.h:390: error: previous declaration of 
'w_numToString' was here
make: *** [lib/private/os/mingw/wcsafe.o] Error 1

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r245, with windows XP, mingw, msys

Please provide any additional information below.
