[PATCH] Just generating .tex files offers downloading PDF

[GoogleCodeExporter]

I installed your extension and I am impressed, the extension is really
usefull for me. I found a small issue though when just trying to export
.tex files.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click on LaTeX/PDF
2. Select Download tex-files
3. Error message w2l_latex_failed appears

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A link to download the .tex file

I will attach the patch that fixed the issue for me.
