Suuport for math in $..$, $$..$$, \[..\], \(..\) #67

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use Wiki2LaTeX with, say Mathjax
2. Use formulas in dollar signs

Expected output is the same expressions in Latex code.
Getting result: \$...\$ or \$\$...\$\$, formulas do not display correctly.

Wiki2Latex: w2l-2011-02-22 Aegaeon
MediaWiki: 16.2

I am not sure that this is a right place to post the issue, but I hope to find 
some help here.

Thank you for your suggestion. It is the perfectly right place to post it.

That could be accomplished by using some regexps. I will look into it.
