LaTeX fails without notice when packages are missing.

While this is a LaTeX-distribution issue, but there should be a notice,
which gives some hints how to solve this issue.

Default-LaTeX-command has been changed to use "interaction=batchmode" and some 
checks
for files and folders has been integrated to give the user descriptive feedback 
of
any failures.
