Update winpython.sourceforge.net to point at winpython.github.io #106

Google's first hit for "winpython" is still (2014-11) sourceforge, which has 
old versions, and NO mention of the move to github.

The sourceforge pages http://winpython.sourceforge.net and 
http://sourceforge.net/projects/winpython/ should be updated to point users to 
github. 

Right now a new user gets no hint that the sourceforge version isn't the 
latest, or the development has moved elsewhere.

Potential users may conclude WinPython has been abandoned.
