Winpdb should be included #17

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install WinPython-64bit-2.7.3.1.exe
2. Launch Spyder.exe
3. Notice that in the "Run" menu, "Debug with winpdb" is disabled.

I guess I can just install it manually by opening
"WinPython-64bit-2.7.3.1\Command prompt.exe" and using "python.exe setup.py
install" as described on http://winpdb.org/download/ ?

Yes, or you could use the WinPython Control Panel and drag'n drop the wxPython
.exe installer (see for example:
http://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs/#wxpython) and then the winpdb
.tar.gz archive (see for example: http://pypi.python.org/pypi/winpdb).

I can't add winpdb to the WinPython installer as it requires wxPython which is
too heavy (more than 10MB): the WinPython installer is already very close (less
than 3MB) to the 200-MB GoogleCode upload limit.

GoogleCode has just increased the upload limit for WinPython. It's still
experimental. But this could allow including wxPython in the next release, so
i'm reopening this issue.

Plus... having wxPython would be nice for other reasons too!
