Windows 8: WinPython 32 and 64 3.3.2 crashes on exit and when F5 #71

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.install WinPython 32 or 64 in portable mode
2.open spyder
3.close it or run a script with F5

Note that the command line, for exactly the same code works

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When I close it the expected output is to exit gracefully. When I F5 it the
expected output is to obtain the same as the same copy paste in the command
line instead of a crash.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

WinPython 32 and 64 3.3.2 in Windows 8

Please provide any additional information below.

One of the cases should be quite straightforward to see, just closing spyder
makes it crash!

First time I submit a defect but priority should be critical, I cannot work
with this version... I shouldn't have got a computer with windows 8, uggg.

Could be the same as
https://groups.google.com/a/continuum.io/forum/#!topic/anaconda/Asgb3mtJBFg.
Upgrading to PySide 1.2 might help.

Next versions of WinPython will include PySide 1.2.
