guiqwt test module could not import h5py?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.run "IPython Qt Console.exe"
2.input as below:
from guiqwt import tests
tests.run()
3.meet a ImportError when import h5py.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
 execute the guiqwt test launcher.
 the guiqwt test window appeared.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
WinPython-32bit-3.3.2.3.exe, on windows xp sp3.

Please provide any additional information below.
