MinGW32: missing executable files #9

In 32-bit WinPython v2.7.3.0 release, MinGW32 is missing the 'libexec' 
folder... at least.
There is still this error:

collect2: cannot find 'ld'
dllwrap: gcc exited with status 1
error: command 'dllwrap' failed with exit status 1
