NETITV and OpenV for Linux with UTF-8 locales #1

Hello, 

I have modified the codes so that NETITV OpenV now work with UTF-8 locales
in Linux. Attached are the zip of the modified codes.

They are tested in xbmc 9.11 in Linux (Debian sid amd64).

I tried to make the codes compatible with Windows but no idea if the
plug-ins also work in Windows and Mac (not tested). 

Any feedback is welcome.
