Add setting to use Flash playback for Dutch Uitzendinggemist-channels #312

Currently with the new version of Xot-UZG + new Uitzendinggemist website, 
Silverlight is used by default for playback. XBMC however is currently much 
better (mainly with seeking) at handling the (alternative) Flash streams, which 
are also available. I therefor like to request an option which allows the user 
to select either the Silverlight or Flash stream for the Uitzendinggemist 
channel.

I think that the flash versions are better protected. But Ican check.

I looked at the code today and we already use the MOV (Flash) file to playback, 
not the WMV (Silverlight). So your request has already been served!
