Öppet arkiv - not showing all episodes when the page have "visa fler" #463

If the page have many episodes i have to press "visa fler" (show more) and it 
seems that XOT won't show episodes when the page have "visa fler".

I have an example here called "Snoken".

XOT 3.3.6 on XBMC 13 (Windows 7) and XBMCbuntu 13

I verified the issue and added the detection for pages. I also use the AJAX 
pages now, as they load much faster. Could you verify if it is all working now?

A new release is available XOT-Uzg.v3.3.7 which has a fix included.
