Choppy playback iRTL 4 stream #510

What channel are you trying to watch?
iRTL 4

What episode are you trying to watch?
GTST; Aflevering 4869 - Aflevering 4869 (but have this issue many times 
randomly for other episodes)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
almost every 30 seconds orso the stream jumps a few seconds forward (so 
skipping many frames)

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What version of XBMC are you using? On what operating system?
12.3 on Ubuntu 12.04 on ASRock ION3D

Please provide any additional information below.

Please ATTACH a complete DEBUG uzg.log or uzgplugin.log and add an
xbmc.log. Without a logfile issues cannot be fixed. Wondering where
you can get them? Read it here:

As soon as the stream starts, XBMC Online TV is done. So there are 2 options:

- I know RTL has very buggy streams every know and then, so it could be that
- or a bandwidth issue. True configuring XBMC Online TV for a lower bandwidth. 
Set it to 1000 kbps and see how it goes.

lowered from 1500 to 1000 as advised, so far issue seems solved. thanks!
