While the build is now mostly automated, a few things do and will remain manual:
Opening a PR against the PPA's git repository, with the latest packages.
Updating the official packaging branch from the “auto branch”, and creating an official tag from the last “auto tag” when those packages are merged. This requires making sure “auto tags” are current (rebuilds might have happened).
Maybe run something on the VM to make sure everything is sync-ed up (but a fast-forward situation should be just fine).
A few commands in README.md would probably be sufficient for those steps, as opposed to extending frido.py with more options/actions.
