Fix usage output (missing % escape)
Add default iface value (wlan0)
Pass stdout/stderr from tcpdump to the user

Note : tcpdump spawning would probably deserve a proper error-handling mechanism, but at least it is no longer silent (and the missing sudo error will result in a readable error message to the user).

Thank you for this PR! Yes, the wrapper around tcpdump needs improvement.
