Update: Suricata Rules Explained #235

Expand the description of Suricata and its configuration. Provide clear pointers to Suricata rules that are shipped with PiRogue.

Provide an example Suricata rule and explain its different parts. Add a link to further customization of Suricata rules and adding them to PiRogue. Please further reading suggestions to external resources from Suricata.
