[FEATURE] IPv6 support for http server #101

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. My pi currently does dynamic DNS for IPv6 only, but the pisugar-power-manager server does not listen on IPv6

Describe the solution you'd like A setting to enable the server to listen on IPv6, or IPv6 enabled by default.

Describe alternatives you've considered While IPv4 is an option at times, it's not always available for me to connect to my pi.
