Additional context
I tested with pi zero w and pisugar 3 plus version 1.7.6.
The battery level fluctuates when charging and discharging.
When i unplug my usb device from my pi zero w, he level shoots from 24% up to 30%
And also, when I plug it in to charge the level shoots from 30% up to 50%
When my battery is charged until 100%, when i plug a usb device into it the level shoots from 100% up to 94%.
