Hello friends,
I am absolutely happy with my PiJuice, so congrats for the great work.
I am currently using one of the PJ to power my LibreElec driven media center in my RV.
The sad thing is that in LibreElec I am absolutely unable to install the software mainly because:
I only have Py2 available
I do not have any package manager to install the packets
I am unable to install the deps via a package manager
Therefore I have been trying to install the software manually, but I am unable as there is no documentation for this case in the docs. The "manual" install starts with installing the base packet, which is not possible because - as I said - I have no package manager available.
Is it possible to have a stripped down version which does not depend on the libraries to be installed for at least shutting down the power when the RPi is shut down via kodi? (I guess a call to this script will have to be added do Kodi's shutdown script).
The only really "mandatory" function would be this shutdown behaviour...Right now I have to remove the battery physically.
A nice functionality - but not necessary - would be to get the battery percentage to be returned to Kodi, as Kodi supports Py-Plugins.
