Switch to ram logging #16

Switch the gateway software & nginx to use Ramlog.

This will increase the lifespan of the Standalone gateway by preserving the EMMC. At the same time this could offer potential speed benefits and benefits for SD Card users on Gateway HATs.

Moving /tmp to ram will also help.

Not going to do this for the Raspbian image now. Wll add for other image.

This will be targeted for September Release.

To Do: Implement Feature See if possible to compare difference.

This isn't going to be needed now as most of the logs are done by docker in a more lightweight format.
