Make Sudo Ask For Password #32

Change it so SUDO asks for a password instead.

This requires commenting out the line in 010_pi-nopasswd however I'm not sure if it'll get replaced at all.

The raspberrypi-sys-mods package seems to be responsible so maybe not include this package?

This requires re-evalatuion once the first alpha of the system is built. As there's a high chance we'll switch to Yocto this might not even be an issue.
