Target image size of less than 1GB #43

For the new image target to have the size of the image less than 1GB before compression

This isn't going to happen now but then again also isn't really required and was more of a would like to rather than required to. The total image in use is under 4GB which means it should even fit on a CM3 but is ideal for the CM3+ we're going to be using.
