Enable option to use GPS Module #7

Add in a tick button / selection box to enable use of physical GPS Module.

This will require a change to https://github.com/PiSupply/iot-pi-gen to enable hardware serial, we'll also swap the hardware serial around too.

Should be implemented, testing required.

Fixes made, plus some other tweaks made. Just need to re-test after to ensure it continues to work.
