Update RAPID modules #12

Removes the 5 second wait in the example RAPID code and updates the Robot Studio resources to reflect this change.
Moves EGMGetId and EGMReset outside of the loop as per https://github.com/ros-industrial/abb_libegm/issues/54#issuecomment-524161601

I'm still experiencing some delays when talking to RobotStudio :/

https://github.com/ros-industrial/abb_libegm/issues/125 mentions something similar - I'll look into how to use StateMachine and see if that helps.

This looks like a MoveIt bug. It seems fine if I click Plan and Execute in the MoveGroup gui. But clicking Plan and Execute separately has the issue.
