Updated libraries into ci

@mosfet80 @christophfroehlich Is it possible to fix the build issue for the generate_parameter_library_example package? Is this expected?

@pac48 is this really related with this PR? it seems that the build fails due to the -Werror flag with gmock headers. The same error for the last calls of the CI workflow within the last days.
