Trust AUTOMOC #76

So nothing else should be wrapped by hand.

I overlooked this when I first looked into this.

This hopefully addresses https://github.com/PickNikRobotics/rviz_visual_tools/pull/74#issuecomment-380391

Ok, it also solves my problem, so this is the way to go then. :) Sorry for the noise everyone.

@davetcoleman please review and merge to fix your upstream branch.
