Clean up the resolutions menu

Describe your suggested feature

In its current state, the resolution menu is not very easy-to-understand or beginner friendly. I suggest making it behave more like stock YouTube's menu(the advanced one, not the dumbed-down one), perhaps include an advanced tab where people can mess with the bitrate, etc.

Completely agree, especially with the bitrate thing. Its a thing that I enjoy a lot with Newpipe tweaking songs to make them darker or more intense.
