What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. failed initial install via 'chatpad_installer_i386.exe'
2. uninstall via 'chatpad_uninstaller_i386.exe
3. failed reinstall via 'chatpad_installer_i386.exe'
     with error: 'Failed to update chatpad filter device driver: 0x00000057'

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.

I am also having some error. I am using Window 7 64 bit version. I was 
expecting to see the control utility, but instead I got error message. Console 
Window came up, then another white window with error at top. I am using alpha 
version with modified date of 12/25/2010 3:39 AM
