1. run "chatpad_control_amd64.exe"

2.reboot or change usb port
3.run "win7_amd64_chatpad_control_test3.exe"
see error

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
xbox controller -> sticker is used, i can read only from the left : 0206003876
AZERTY chatpad -> top number : x814367-001
bottom number : 008012374607
Please provide any additional information below.
