Failed to update chatpad filter device driver: 0xe000020b #26

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. running chatpad_installer_i386.exe
2. second popup window reads "Failed to update chatpad filter device driver: 
0xe000020b"
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I'm not really sure... 
But the installation continues after the error. However, the control app 
doesn't stay open and 
nothing on the controller shows any sign of functionality the chatpad

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
i368
Windows XP 32 bit Professional Edition

I got this error on Windows 7 Professional 32bit version.

Good evening,

I do not know if you managed to solve your problem

But in the case or, I had the same problem this evening and made the chapta 
instal looks for on the computer if the lever XBOX 360 is thus settled well 
just in connected the lever XBOX 360 and to make the installation 

Ps: saddened for my English me am not very bright

I got this problem on windows 8.1, using the amd64 installer with a rock candy 
controller. Wish I had looked and made sure that the chat pad was gonna work 
before taking a hacksaw to it to make it fit.
