What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Running the install file "chatpad_installer_i386.exe"
2. Running the install file "chatpad_installer_i386.exe" as Administrator
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected driver to install and for chatpad to work. Instead see error every 
time installation is attempted

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Running "chatpad_installer_i386.exe" on Win 7 Home Premium x64

Please provide any additional information below.
I am running:

Processor: Intel(R)Core(TM)i7-2670QM CPU
RAM: 8.00 GB
Sys Type: 64-bit Operating System

same exact except i have i5 on a win 7 professional x64

try not using the 32 bit driver installer.
