When making a connection from an invitation, we should send a message #10

The ARIES RFC 0160 connections protocol states that we "SHOULD send a message to the inviter."

I propose that we send a trust ping at that point just before moving to the complete state.

This issue is marked as a bug only because this issue prevents us from completing a connection with ACA-Py agents.
