Child Creation from Prototypes #98

Use new Wrangler features to

  1. Dropdown menu for which prototype to use for child creation
  2. Managing prototypes

Page changes on Devtools have been made. The dropdown menu now exists, and a Prototype Manager page has been added. Now, a few changes in Wrangler need to be made to allow functionality for adding, editing, and deleting prototypes.

Yes, I could do that.

Adding some details: Wrangler allows for adding, updating, and removing prototypes from the pico, and you can select which prototype you want to use at child creation. The site looks nice too. But it seems that rids, channels, and subscriptions still aren't being added to the created pico for some reason.

I guess I'm still looking into this, so I'm reopening the issue. I'll finish this by the demo.
