a rake file is needed for:

creating new posts with option to start up jekyll too
start jekyll
commit changes to master ("_posts/" only or everything?)

creating new posts added in d671598ea85c7a2abec4f70559edd2e7d6c257c3, running Jekyll and prep work has started on 81d34f61f7ea8eebc77ea0af65a8244bf95c7674
