LNP 0.12b crashes silently at launch on Windows 10, without creating a stderr.txt file.
This does not happen with 012.a.

Yeah, something went wrong in packaging - one of the Python packages on my system that's crucial to building PyLNP got upgraded with another package, and I didn't notice.
I'm uploading a replacement binary now. Only Windows was affected here, so it'll be a special build for it.
