Various UI Fixes

• Fixed resource icon rendering
• Made planet menus update based on current planet selected
• Store data for multiple planets
• Disable WB_BuildingMenu when deselecting a planet

I tested it, it works. but is it normal that Jupiter is all 0/0

I also drag out a new parent planet and it doesn't work.

Yeah, Jupiter is supposed to have almost nothing, was just testing to see if the different planets would actually have different values and was too lazy to change all of the values for Jupiter.

When you make a new planet, you need to change the "Planet Name" variable in the editor, and that name has to be found in the planet data maps. So far the only planets defined are "Earth", "Mars", and "Jupiter".
