Menu Visibility Update #37

-Planet Menu Visibility now handled by controller. -- Menu no longer disappears after selecting a different planet (only data changes). -- Functions the same as when planets controlled visibility.

Planet/Menu Data is controlled the same way as before.

btw, also tested on child planet, still works!
