Star value is calculated wrongly for /targets command #341

According to Kildare, the server uses the current trophy count, not the trophy count at reset to calculate the star value of a ship in tournament. This can lead to wrong values on days 1 to 3.

The /targets command uses only yesterday's data, but it should use the most current tournament data to get a player's trophies.
