BE03.1: Validate column "id" of .en and .vn file

• id is required
• id must match with regex
• check id is exist in db
• Returns 3 arrays: new, update, error

Base on Product Dreame.en.xlsx, id column will start with 1 and the data type is number, i will create two function:

• isValidForm => regex: ^[1-9]+$
• isValidDataType
