Register page not opening #13

Describe the bug The Register page on the admin website does not open when the link to it is clicked.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'http://dione.ms.wits.ac.za/index.html'
  2. Log into the website
  3. Click on 'Register'
  4. See error

Expected behavior The link is supposed to take the user to the Register page where they can register a new user.
