Possibilité de créer la fiche, mais la laisser hors ligne (actif / inactif)

@PierreAmmeloot -> Quand on importe via moulinette :

seuls les logiciels marqués OK sont importés -> ils passent actifs
les logiciels non marqués OK sont ignorés -> est ce qu'on les importe en les mettant inactif ?
