Hello Viral-track group: Thanks for your wonderful job! I want to perform virus detection on VISIUM data, is there a corresponding tutorial? Thanks！

Hello there,

I have not tried yet to apply Viral-Track on Visium but in theory it should be pretty straightforward. If you are using UMI-tools for the pre-processing you should be able to do the demultiplexing as usual or using a whitelist (if I am not mistaken a whitelist is available for Visium arrays) and then perform a conventional Viral-Track analysis. If you need more details I will be happy to help :)
