Functions for pangraph #32

Functions needed for usage in PanGraph.

New stuff:

label!(t::Tree, node::TreeNode, new_label) to safely relabel tree nodes
branch_length!(node::TreeNode, value) to set branch length
kwarg internal_labels to allow not writing labels of internal nodes in a Newick string. Defaults to true.
binarize! and midpoint rooting functions (actually added in an earlier PR)
reorganize write functions a bit
